酒店地理位置非常好，出門左轉幾分鐘到美食一條街，酒店停車也方便，出門離最近景區900米，右轉最近二公里到三折瀑，自駕遊可以自己開車到景點，

地址位置絕對優越，如果節假日高峯期自駕來雁盪山就選這裏，去靈峯、朝陽洞、三折瀑、凈名谷都衹需要步行，避免開車擁堵。停車方便，吃飯也方便，出門一分鐘就是吃飯一條街，晚上很熱鬧，煙火氣息濃郁。老闆一家人也很熱情，都是微笑服務。
