"The room was okay, but there was a lingering smell of smoke. The service was terrible! The family suite definitely accommodates three or more people, yet they only provided two towels. When I asked for a towel, they gave me a very old and dirty one, different from the one originally in the room. When I asked for a replacement, the staff member bringing the towel was impatient, banging on the door forcefully. They wouldn't admit the towel was dirty until I pointed it out. Their service was extremely poor. 👎 Prices are very high during holidays, and they seem to think they're superior just because they have a private room. This kind of behavior is unacceptable!"

When seeing children, they also give candies and offer to help with luggage. Although we didn't help, the attitude is really good, and they always help to lead to the door of the room. The bathroom is quite large, with a disposable bathtub cover, a smart toilet seat (although it is broken), and free supper, each person can choose a bowl of Tremella soup, abalone porridge or hot milk. Disadvantages: There are no clear parking instructions. When asked, the staff did not clearly inform them. They just said to go inside. There are several areas inside, and there are railings. It is unclear which one is for hotel accommodation parking. I drove around the building and finally found a parking space behind the building. The car was parked in a mess. It was also cold and dirty. After getting off the car, the cold wind blew, and the children's colds were aggravated. The front desk is slow to check in, and they don't take the initiative to help solve the problem (for example, we have already asked what we need, but they don't solve it directly, just let me go back to the room and contact 9 myself), and I feel that the service is not very enthusiastic. And they only give one room card, which is very inconvenient. If someone comes out and returns to the room, they have to ask the staff to help swipe the card to get on the elevator. Especially after breakfast, when the people inside are sleeping in, it is really bad to wake them up and open the door. When asked why they only give one card, the restaurant staff said that this is how it is here, and they can only give one room card. The room decoration is old, the room facilities are a bit old, the carpet and sofa are dark in color, and the sofa has collapsed. The cabinet doors can't be closed. The lighting design is unreasonable, and using the bathroom in the middle of the night will affect sleep. The TV is very small, and there are not many channels to watch. The air conditioner in the room is a bit noisy. There is also a faint blue light, what the hell? The room service (that is, the universal 9 mentioned by the front desk) is not good. The child has a fever in the middle of the night, and I hope to send a thermometer over, but they said there is none. First of all, I really don't believe that there are still hotels without thermometers after 3 years of epidemic. In addition, I asked the customer service what to do? This place is a bit remote, and there is no pharmacy at the door. The customer service said impatiently that they didn't know, our hotel just didn't have a thermometer. The next morning, I met the foreman to complain. The foreman explained that the thermometer was borrowed, and the customer service didn't know last night, so it was sent, and the child still had a fever. Fortunately, I didn't wait for their thermometer at night and gave the child medicine. The ventilation in the bathroom is not good, and the customer service 9 said proudly that this is how it is here, and there is no way, so I opened the window for ventilation. I said that the child is afraid of the cold, and she said that the master would come to see it, and then there was no follow-up, and no one was seen. It was too sleepy, so we were too lazy to ask again. The buffet breakfast variety is quite rich, with wonton noodles, bread, milk and fruit, but it is not appropriate to buy it for 88 yuan (the child said it was not as rich as the 69 yuan the day before). The taste is average, and the food is not replenished in time. It ends at 10 o'clock, but some dishes are gone at 9 o'clock and are not refilled. In addition, the price of room service is also very expensive, the cheapest green vegetable and meat noodles, 68 yuan a bowl. The buffet breakfast is 88 yuan, and the children's buffet breakfast is 44 yuan. It is very strict, and there is a height measurement at the entrance of the restaurant. All in all, you can't expect too much from a five-star hotel for 379 yuan. It's still okay."
