"I gave it 5 stars. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. Let me elaborate. What I was *most* satisfied with: It was the enthusiastic service from Ms. Zhou before my check-in, after I made the reservation. The rooms were very tight when I booked, and she noticed that my multiple reservations were an attempt to combine into two twin rooms for two nights. She proactively called me and helped me coordinate – this unseen friendship was truly invaluable. Upon arrival, everything went smoothly with check-in. My 5 stars are for her. What I was *secondly* satisfied with: The hotel's location is very convenient for getting to Lingyan and Shidong; other places require a taxi. Many people said the breakfast wasn't good, but I thought it was just okay, not that bad, especially since it's only priced at a few dozen yuan. Minor regrets: My train departure was at 5 PM, and it started raining at 12 PM. I tried negotiating with the front desk several times to check out of one room and keep the other temporarily. The front desk was polite but simply wouldn't agree. I felt the service was a bit disappointing here. We sat awkwardly in the cafe for 3 hours and didn't see any afternoon tea staff. Major regrets: The room had extremely high humidity and an unpleasant smell."

"No have international breakfast, but was a lot of choice of food, furniture old style, view was Fantastic, I don’t like that they take 300 CNY until check out in case if I take something from minibar - usually they can check it and charge while I am check out . In general, the hotel is not bad, a beautiful view from the window at breakfast restaurant."

"The surrounding supporting facilities are complete and the food festival is not far away. I went to see the breakfast restaurant, which is on the rooftop attic. Might as well buy some breakfast outside. Not far, turn right and walk 300 meters. The facilities are a bit old and cannot meet the standards of a big hotel. Everything else is good, the room was upgraded, and there is a big bathtub, and a bicycle is also available."

"The hotel was very nice. Comfortable room. I was surprised there was no lunch/dinner buffet. I don’t exactly recommend the sea view because it’s mainly mud flats you will see. The gym was quite impressive with trainers on hand. Although there was a fridge, there was nothing in the mini bar and no wine glasses or extra dishes. The room service I ordered was better than expected. I was able to get full from what I ordered."

"Completely exceeded expectations! The room was huge, and the facilities were simple and clean, just my style. The owners' family also stayed there, and the service was excellent and warm! What was most remarkable was that the daily breakfast was not only clean, hygienic, and delicious, but also always offered a different surprise: wheat pancakes, zongzi (sticky rice dumplings), steamed buns, plain porridge, millet porridge, and eight-treasure porridge—showing the owner's dedication. Our family stayed there during the Chinese New Year and it was truly comfortable! They even had freshly ground coffee! It's only five minutes to town and ten minutes to the attractions, making getting around very convenient! Highly recommended!"

"The room was okay, but there was a lingering smell of smoke. The service was terrible! The family suite definitely accommodates three or more people, yet they only provided two towels. When I asked for a towel, they gave me a very old and dirty one, different from the one originally in the room. When I asked for a replacement, the staff member bringing the towel was impatient, banging on the door forcefully. They wouldn't admit the towel was dirty until I pointed it out. Their service was extremely poor. 👎 Prices are very high during holidays, and they seem to think they're superior just because they have a private room. This kind of behavior is unacceptable!"
