先説優點
衞生：還是比較乾淨的，我訂的無為，可能淡季人少，老闆娘給我升級成了閑看，美滋滋，基本和推薦的環境照片一致，除了茶具，其他都一樣
環境：雖靠近路邊，但是夜晚還是很安靜，聽蟬鳴看星星，一樣不落，周圍就有2家飯店，價格屬於景區範圍，能接受，一個人不太友好，衹能一致吃炒粉幹，三鮮麪，炒年糕，哈哈哈，加的菜不宜太貴
設施：這裡有驚喜，居然有一次性馬桶墊，對於女生來説，這個太友好了，雖然我個人也帶了，但是名宿有，就算有驚喜的，畢竟大部分酒店和名宿是沒有的，其他都不缺，包括拖鞋，一次性用品，都有，刷牙杯子老闆還是會想的，用的一次性的杯子加保鮮袋，哈哈，有點意外
服務：服務一定是五星好評了，老闆人很好，讓我換了一間，然後我第二天去靈巖，老闆親自送到景區，並且我寄存的行李，還等我遊玩結束了，再幫我送過來，很nice，另外有一個字節太感動了，就是老闆送我去景區時，因為天熱，電瓶車位置曬燙了，老闆很貼心的先用濕帕子降温在擦乾，被狠狠感動到了，五星好評
缺點：
輸在了地理位置，他位於靈巖和方洞景區之間，景區車不是很好坐，如果自駕遊的話，這裏很不錯。
再有就是確實附近吃飯的少了，就2家，哈哈哈，不過我都可以，自駕的朋友我很推薦，性價比很高，服務很好。

房間很乾凈，房主服務很周到，很熱情！房東還親自給我們做早餐吃，早餐的營養也很豐富。另外值得一提的是，這家民宿就在路邊，而且自己有停車場，他的背後就是雁盪山的這個山景，很漂亮，早上能夠看到雲霧繚繞的山景。

老闆和老闆娘都很熱情隨和哦，民宿外的裝修也是別具風格。圖一在院內看到的風景，先説民宿整體乾淨，整潔，衞生間還配了一次性馬桶套，圖二牙刷套裝盒子也很有文藝。諮詢老闆推薦遊玩路線，老闆不虧是當地人推薦線路體驗了下非常好。我是自駕遊，遊玩結束正好到停車場取車，沒有走來回路哦。還讓我們寄存了行李，玩好取走，正好。推薦哦。

環境優雅安靜，交通方便，小院乾淨，花草池魚，讓人流連忘返。院子裏就見藍天白雲青山綠樹，院外路邊流水潺潺，店主和善熱心，強烈推薦。
