出門右轉就是靈峯景區，非常方便。房間乾淨舒適，陽台上就可以看到旁邊的山景。老闆人很熱情，做的飯超級好吃，記得要提前預約，等我再來呦～

小院佈置得典雅温馨，老闆娘熱情貼心，每天的早餐很豐盛，有粥或者拌麪，還有精緻的小菜和水果，還在這裏吃了一餐晚飯，味道很好，從環境到餐食都體現出用心，讓雁盪山之旅更加舒心愉快，推薦！

小院子整理得很雅意，每個角落非常用心，低調卻恰到好處。管家大姐應該有潔癖，房間衞生做得清清爽爽。特別讚一讚他們家的被子，超級舒適和温暖！！第二天早餐是既健康營養，搭配用心，還有廚娘現做的當地特色“麥餅”（好好吃哦[色]），饅頭也是手工做的[強][強]。有緣遇上女主人，還與主人約茶聊生活，是一位謙遜專業的民宿文旅人士的感覺，不錯。性價比很高，值得推薦。

中秋國慶假期定了親子房和大床房，乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到。晚飯也在這裏吃的，很美味，尤其是石斛煲的雞湯，回味無窮，念念不忘。。。早餐也很精緻，按一家人的份量擺盤供應，VIP的感覺。絕對值得推薦的一家民宿！

位於靈峯景區外，適合避開旅行團，早晚購票安靜遊覽。店家給調整了大床房，空間提升許多，空調噪音大，房內無電視，設施有待提升。公共區域服務設施有限，難以服務11個房間的滿房客人，再多幾個小孩子，是異常吵鬧。茶室配置有，如何更加合理及衞生使用，缺少必要指引。早餐擺盤值得表揚，為民宿服務加分，其他餐飲及旅遊服務有待提升及明示。
