We stayed here for two nights and it was exactly what we were looking for- literally in the mountains, surrounded by nature. The best thing about this place is that it is not on the main road and situated right above a little stream. The owner was very hospitable, she picked us up from the railway station and even drove us to a restaurant to have dinner in the evening. She also always left us fresh fruit in our room. We stayed in the queen suite on the top floor and it was very comfortable, CLEAN and cozy. There were many mosquitoes in the main area of the residence but absolutely no bugs in our room. The location of the guest house is very convenient and close to many scenic areas as well as a nearby temple. The only downside to this stay is that they do not have a restaurant, so be a little prepared with some food supplies. Basic Chinese style breakfast is provided daily. On our second evening we found one restaurant that delivered to our door on Elema, so in the end, it was not that much of an inconvenience- but still good to know beforehand.
Overall, our stay here was amazing and a great place to relax after a full day of hiking. The service was above our expectations! I am already recommending it to my friends!
