Staying at Tianhao Narada for the first time, the experience is first-rate. Every staff member of the hotel made me feel very kind and really made the service to the extreme. I just finished booking, customer service Xiaojin took the initiative to contact me to understand the arrival time, and asked about some of my needs, the attitude is really super good! The bellman Xiaoyu also sent my luggage to the room very intimately. When I checked in at the front desk, I was also very enthusiastic. I also presented Starbucks and welcome fruit 🍉🥭. I also sent me a good night drink from the hotel, hot milk, white fungus, This is not a service in the hotel I have stayed in in the past. It is a feature. It is really superb. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable, and there is a large bathtub 🛁, which can be specially bathed. The breakfast is quite rich and there are local characteristics. In addition, their hotel's Aegean Seafood Buffet is also very good, there are a lot of seafood, the price is very high. All in all, this trip to Yueqing is very beautiful, next time I have the opportunity to stay at Tianhao Narada Hotel 🏨

I am very happy here. I sing highly of Lina service. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.

This is a very good hotel, smaller than some of the bigger hotels, but is very clean and neat. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and polite. I noticed many local people frequent this hotel, which indicates the popularity of this hotel. It is next to the river, allowing for pleasant walks or early morning running. The restaurant is very good, with a strong variety of dishes available. Local shops are close at hand. I would , without hesitation, recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Yueqing. The overall decor and service provided was better than some of the more expensive hotels I have stayed at.

This hotel is definitely a 4star plus hotel. However , the service throughout this hotel is 5star. extremely professional and it’s services are ensuring customer service is a priority. The restaurant staff are excellent, and needs to be acknowledged by management for their outstanding service. The reception staff assist in purchasing train tickets and other requests made the stay more comfortable. I highly recommend THIS hotel to anyone visiting this location for business/leisure reasons.

You can enter the door and wash upstairs in the living room. There are two separate spaces upstairs, one bed each, and we used one. Next time I bring my children to live.
