這是一次非常不錯的住宿體驗，前台的美女小姐姐們非常熱情服務到位，停車也很方便，美女小姐姐還幫忙把行李送到房間，這服務態度必須5星好評！如果下次有機會去岳陽還會選擇這家酒店。

選了好久才選這個酒店，剛開始抱着疑惑的態度去入住，沒想給我出乎意外的好，從司機來高鐵站接到酒店前台人員，服務各方面都很不錯，前台給我升級了房間，進房間後發現房間是真的乾淨，床墊還是品牌的，這個價位的酒店真的很少見👍早餐也不錯，特別值得表揚的大堂經理服務真的很好，下次如果再來繼續會選擇這家

這次出行一共定了九間房，都是帶孩子去看熊貓。
首先，酒店環境不錯，早餐還蠻好吃的。
其次，酒店床睡着很舒服，孩子們基本是秒睡了。
最後，我認為最加分的是酒店工作人員的服務。前台小哥哥看到第二天早上下雨了主動問我們需不需要雨衣，前台小姐姐主動給我們送了很多水，主要是態度特別好，讓大家住的很舒服。
孩子們説下次來岳陽還要住這裏。

酒店離高鐵站近，接送服務太好了，司機師傅提前在出站口等我們家，辛苦幫忙拿行李，前台看到我兩個孩子，立馬提供了小童牙刷和拖鞋，貼心服務。酒店就是五星級標準，服務衞生超級好，每個工作人員會主動問好，早餐也很豐盛，會及時填滿菜盤，有小朋友打翻碗碟，工作人員立馬收拾乾淨，效率真高！！以後再來岳陽，會繼續入住雲和夜泊酒店。酒店還有小機器人送外賣，太可愛了。
