"On January 22, Changsha snowed heavily and I chose to go north. I accidentally found this hotel on Ctrip and it had 0 negative reviews. Curiosity made me book this hotel to try. Before I arrived at the hotel, the front desk lady contacted me and added WeChat to a service group. The VIP feeling was instantly full. The hotel is located in a Chinese classical manor villa built by the lake in Dongting Lake Town. The design and layout are very reasonable. The front desk lady helped me upgrade to a parent-child room. The waiter helped me carry my luggage to the room and brought me a warm soup to taste. Coincidentally, I met the owner of the manor when I went to experience the tea ceremony. The owner was gentle and handsome. During the conversation, I learned that my daughter was unwell and immediately notified the front desk to help us upgrade to the best suite in the manor so that we could experience the quiet and comfortable manor VIP feeling. The hotel's catering is also top-notch. The environment, dishes and services are all of high standards, but the price is close to the people. It can be said that it is the king of cost-effectiveness. The owner is also a master of tea ceremony. I visited his tea ceremony hall, tasted his collection of raw Pu tea, listened to his discussion, and found that the owner is a cultured person, giving people a strong affinity. I seldom write reviews, but this time the VIP experience at the manor was very special, so I wrote a few words about my true feelings to provide some convenience for friends who choose hotels on Ctrip in the future. Baling*Yonghu Manor Hotel is a must-choose when going to Yueyang."

"It is said to be the best hotel in Yueyang. Overall, it is OK. It is a bit far from the city, and it is not very convenient to go out and order takeout. The floor of the room is a bit dirty. After I reported it, they came to clean it quickly, but it was not wiped clean. It looked very uncomfortable. When I booked it through Ctrip, breakfast was provided. When I checked in, the front desk said no, and then asked and said yes. I don't know if the room has been upgraded. I told the request, and the front desk told me that it was full. When I asked about the check-out time, the front desk first said that the room was tight or something, and finally extended it to two o'clock. Maybe the room is really tight, but no matter what you ask, it doesn't feel good to refuse first. The swimming pool is shallow, there are many children playing, and it is not suitable for adults."

"This is my go-to choice for business trips, it's really close to the high-speed train station! I was in Yueyang for work this time and specifically chose this Vienna Hotel near the East Station. The overall experience was hassle-free. The hotel is just a few minutes' drive from Yueyang East Station, so even accounting for check-out time, I wasn't rushed to catch my train. The front desk staff were efficient during check-in and had a great service attitude. They even proactively told me about the parking, which is free both above and below ground – a huge plus for those driving. The room was very clean, and Vienna's classic beds lived up to their reputation; the mattress was just right in terms of firmness, the pillows were the perfect height, and with good soundproofing, I slept soundly after a busy day. The bathroom's wet/dry separation design is very thoughtful, and the hot water comes out super fast. The breakfast downstairs has a wide variety, especially the Hunan rice noodles with savory minced meat topping, plus a warm ear of corn and an egg – a perfect and satisfying start to the day before heading out. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yueyang."
