緊鄰火車站，每天早晚路邊車輛喇叭不停，環境非常嘈雜。無法好好休息，住三天每次駕車外出都要到前台刷碼，問不能錄入車牌進出直至退房嗎？答覆：不行，酒店規定！
酒店設施陳舊，裝修陰沉老氣，步入走廊心情壓抑。主房洗手間惡臭翻湧。毛巾陳舊，特別是方巾，打濕後幾近褐色。洗澡水很小，洗澡需要花費三倍時間，感受非常之差。
早餐區域狹小，無法容納足夠客人用早餐，環境陰暗擁擠，連三星連鎖酒店都不如。早餐供應量根本沒有計劃，後廚手忙腳亂，三天裏每天早餐要麼這個沒有要麼那個沒有。
總而言之，除了員工服裝和粧容做足表面功夫，硬件與服務根本沒有任何五星級酒店的實質！

還可以吧，最貼心服務就是鄧經理遇事解決清楚，中攴廳也很不錯，下午茶几好但吸煙人太多，早攴豐富多彩環境很好吃的開心。
