"It was a bit challenging to find the entrance of the hotel and parking spot. But the staff was very helpful. The service is great. We even received tangyuan(汤圆) for desert after we checked in, which made me feel home. The response was quick whenever we asked for help or requested anything. The hotel and room is super clean and fresh. We love the layout of the room, the toilet is separated from the shower. We had a great time there."

GGuest UserI came here for business and it was my first time to stay at the Bamboo Hotel at the High Speed Rail Station. The environment was pretty good. I checked in quite late and the parking was very convenient. There was an open-air parking lot. Check-in is right next to the parking lot. You can see it as soon as you park your car. The price is quite comfortable. The room is relatively large, simple and elegant. very good! In the evening, the room staff will deliver small drinks. Well enough!

LLili.The room is very nice, with a balcony and a wide view. The whole process is butler-style service. A group will be set up when you make a reservation. If you have any needs, just say it in the group and they will be met. We were too lazy to go to the restaurant on the first day, so the lady helped us bring the food to the room, and breakfast was also delivered to the room. On the second day, we forgot to lock the car, and it was raining, so the butler Danny came to the room to get the key to help us lock the car. Thank you very much. If you want to take a break and escape from the world, this place is very good. The food in the restaurant is also delicious. We ate there for two consecutive days. The wine from the owner's own winery is also great, with a rich taste of red wine. I recommend everyone to try it. It was a very good experience ~ very special, and I will come again when I have time in the future!

AAnonymous UserThe staff are very helpful and accommodating, the rooms are spacious, clean, and new (or newly renovated), and the location is central and easy to walk or DiDi from We stayed one night in a regular room and one night in the room with the tub. The tub is humongous! Easily fits 2 people lying straight. Included in options for free tea service is a pot of their local specialty, yellow tea, which is nice to try, or you can pick some milk teas and desserts. The teas are good, the desserts and breakfast was just okay. There are food stalls and restaurants everywhere though, so you can just eat out or takeout and bring to your room to eat. Overall amazing place to stay while in YueYang!

GGuest UserEnvironment: The environment is fantastic. The scenery around Nanhu Lake is beautiful. We booked the Yunman Room, which had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake on the second floor, and the space was very large.
Facilities: The bathroom facilities need improvement. The space is relatively small, the inside of the toilet was a bit dirty, and the shower countertop was too flimsy.
Service: The service was truly excellent! Both the owner and the driver were very friendly. We relied on them for transportation (driving is not allowed inside the scenic area, but there are shuttle buses provided by the shops to take you everywhere).
Food: Staying at the hotel and relaxing all day was very comfortable. If you're too lazy to go out, you can call the Furong Restaurant across the street, and they'll cook and deliver the food. The taste is home-style and the prices are reasonable. (The dishes are freshly made, not pre-prepared, and the taste is very home-style, which I thought was very good. I also ordered shredded pork noodles for breakfast, and the stir-fried shredded pork with green peppers was delicious.) This time, we also went to the Air Raid Shelter Local Cuisine Restaurant: It was very crowded, so you need to be patient. It was also freshly cooked, and the taste was good. The shrimp cakes were delicious 😋

Facilities: The car directly drives into the underground parking garage of the square to stop in Area A, and the elevator directly goes to the third floor to check in, which is very convenient;
Service: The waiter was very enthusiastic, introduced us to the room, presented disposable face towels, toilet pads, razors, and nightingale white fungus porridge; breakfast would be better;
Hygienic: The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the room is clean and tidy.

GGuest UserThe room I booked this time made me feel that I had a big leak. It was 62 square meters. The mahjong room and the bedroom were still separated. The design was really good. Playing mahjong did not affect the people sleeping next to me. This hotel is hygienic, the staff is very enthusiastic, and you can add a quilt. The only bad thing is that there is no formal parking space, but the staff also guided us to park a place. Overall it feels good and the price is very high. There are many barbecue shops next to it, and it is more than ten meters away from the hotel after the supper!

GGuest UserHotel location is very good, walking to Yueyang Building, but the facilities in the hotel are old, and the price of National Day accommodation is so expensive, the experience is not good. There is no elevator, carrying heavy luggage to the third floor, the boss does not help. The hotel itself does not have a parking lot. It took a lot of trouble to turn around. I still found a salt company nearby to park. I called the boss. The boss called the salt company to park the door and called our car. When I left the parking lot, the doorman was not there. I called the hotel front desk and didn’t answer. The person in the same car got off and walked to the hotel front desk to find the boss. The boss said that someone was on duty and let us find it ourselves. It was really speechless. Why didn’t the boss help the doorman to call and let go?
