"During the Dragon Boat Festival, guests came to Yueyang, and I spent a long time deliberating over hotels online. I initially wanted to choose the top-rated one, but after seeing some negative reviews, I immediately gave up on that idea. Sticking with a brand-name hotel felt safer, and sure enough, that proved to be true as soon as I walked in. The hotel is indeed excellent, with a grand entrance. Upon arrival, the doorman helped with luggage and took it to the room, reminding us to take an umbrella due to the changing weather – very thoughtful service. Opening the room, the air felt incredibly fresh (not like air freshener, unlike some hotels where you open the door to a strange smell). This fresh air probably has something to do with the green trees outside the balcony. The bathroom has a wet and dry separation and a large bathtub; hygiene was excellent. The magnified vanity mirror in the bathroom is very friendly for ladies. The breakfast restaurant has high ceilings, making for a pleasant dining experience, and the breakfast selection is rich. The only slight drawback was the car charging situation. Because it was raining heavily that night, the charging stations were exposed with no shelter, and I was concerned about lightning strikes, so I couldn't charge the car. Overall, Pullman Hotel is very good and highly recommended! 👍👍👍"

"I read so many reviews before booking and finally settled on this one. The location is fantastic, right next to Yueyang Tower Scenic Area, and you step right out to Dongting Lake. I originally booked a standard room, but when I arrived, the front desk offered an upgrade to a lake-view room for an extra charge, which I immediately took. It turns out it was totally worth it! The room's floor-to-ceiling windows face Dongting Lake directly, offering an incredible view. You can watch the sunset right from your bed – it's absolutely stunning. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The lobby on the ground floor and the rooftop terrace are both very appealing, and there's even a swimming pool on the third floor. The front desk staff were warm and friendly and gave me some snacks. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and Yueyang Tower is just a few minutes' walk away. My experience this time was excellent; I highly recommend staying here when you visit Yueyang."

"A very amazing hotel. I brought my family to stay during the Chinese New Year. I wanted to find a hotel where I could take a walk. There are not many similar hotels in Yueyang. You can also go to the Panda Museum to see pandas at this hotel. The overall Chinese style, there is also a tea room, the decoration of the restaurant is very stylish, the lunch dishes are delicious, Hunan cuisine is a must-have meal I stayed in a courtyard room, which also had a tatami tea room. The courtyard was quiet and comfortable. You can wander around the hotel at will. There are some nice views and a large outdoor swimming pool, but it is not open in winter. Although some areas are still being renovated, most areas are also exquisitely designed. For example, you can drink tea in the small pavilion. The hotel is located in the Dongting Lake Scenic Area. Walking along the lakeside, you can see exquisite scenery everywhere. It’s not too far to take a taxi to the Panda House, but you must get up early otherwise there will be many people. Service: There were not many waiters, but their attitudes were very good. It was said that the rooms were full during the Chinese New Year. Although they were very busy, they were able to solve our problems in various ways."
