"The room exceeded expectations. Thank you for helping me upgrade the room for free. During the Chinese New Year, the price of 400 matches the hotel facilities and rooms. It is very cost-effective, but the service can be improved. First of all, the room was not hygienic carefully, and I saw a pile of waste paper on the floor lamp. The bedding on the bed was rotten. There is a lot of black dust on the bed. Secondly, the room card should be two preferred, especially the hotel is to swipe the card in and out and rely on the card to power. When we have a card, go to the front desk. The front desk staff was very cold and said that they could make two cards. I hope the hotel can improve the details and the mental outlook of the front desk staff. Can match four stars more."
