【位置】
位於天倫美食街附近，旁邊有大型超市，瑞幸，kfc和m記，還有很多小吃，生活便利，地段較為熱鬧，去熊貓苑、岳陽樓、高鐵站等都不算太遠，車程20分鐘左右。
【環境】
酒店前台比較小，在一棟公寓樓內，到上樓之後裝潢很有氛圍感，房間衞生不錯，一些細節方面比如一次性桌布、一次性馬桶墊、洗手液和洗衣液等都配置齊全，床品比較舒適，有記憶枕和海綿枕兩種可供選擇，雙層玻璃，隔音效果很棒，廁所配置的是智能馬桶，14:00退房，在這個價位來説性價比是非常高的，值得入住。
