位於岳陽市中心，緊鄰岳陽樓景區，可步行到達。房間整潔有序，舒適典雅，服務熱情。有免費停車場和寬帶，樓下有美食街和水果超市，非常方便。但對面的君山島需上午8:30以後才開門，去早了就是白跑一趟。這點非常不遂人願，而且去景點的路況雖然很平坦筆直，但控速較慢，不知道是有意為之還是出於方便罰款，不懂。
