我長期出差住酒店，這家酒店比打牌連鎖酒店好很多，非常人性化，細節做的太好了，感覺是到了家。房間非常好，特別是衞生乾淨整潔，完全放心住，房間床品舒服，還有很多小禮品供用。前台服務工作人員服務熱情，會主動問好。下雨天有雨傘提供，還聯繫給你寄快遞。給一百個贊。

服務周到，價格合理，值得推薦，很多免費的小禮品之類的，位置也很好，在步行街附近，吃東西逛街都特別方便，房間的衞生很乾凈，地毯非常新，也乾淨，還有免費的洗衣服房，帶烘乾的

第二次入住了，有點失望，睡覺睡一半，空調自己斷電了，被熱醒，撥打前台電話，還是及時處理問題了。再就是入住時和前台説過不用每日整理衞生，第二天保潔還是來了，可見員工內部交接班工作還有待完善。
