賓館就在岳陽樓景區門口，有免費停車場，賓館旁邊還有個超大的停車場，12個小時內10塊錢非常方便，出門沿着洞庭北路一直走可以遊覽岳陽樓景區，汴河街，一直到巴陵廣場，再往前到岳陽港，沿途風景優美，洞庭湖勝景一覽無餘，晚上市民們在河邊放鞭炮，放孔明燈，非常有煙火氣息。

離岳陽樓近是一個優勢，房間和設備比較陳舊，衞生間淋浴室裏沒有放肥皂盒的地方，房間裏面沒有面巾紙，沒有早餐，很不方便，電梯裏面有一股異味。

應該是一個比較老的酒店改造的，改造的並不是很好，設施比較陳舊，牆身有發黴的跡象。優點是離景區特別近，還有內部的停車場，周圍吃東西也很方便。

設施很一般，連掛衣架都沒有，衞生還可以。最好的就是離岳陽樓很近，但周邊找不到吃早餐的地方，賓館還不供應早餐。
