房間還行，酒店環境不錯，位於南湖邊上，衞生還行，設施一般，略有陳舊。入住後有幾點與以前入住的朋友相同的感覺。
1.酒店工作人員服務態度不是差，而是惡劣，你略微發點小牢騷，服務人員馬上反脣相譏，有十句等着你！
2.入住要收房費1.5倍的按金，不知為何，有點奇葩。
3.早餐號稱不錯，但我們八點去吃飯，大部分菜品基本上是“光盤”了，直到用完餐也不見䃼充。因此給不出早餐不錯的評價。
4.訂房前看到有客人評價，説酒店店大欺客，我還認為是個別現象，入住後的親身經歷方知所言不虛。
酒店位置好，環境不錯，服務真配不上，可能就是德不配位吧。

該酒店坐擁岳陽南湖，樂享鳥語花香的環境，特別是四號（臨風）樓，後院就是南湖步道，早晚散步很愜意。停車場就在樓旁，早餐可口實在。四號樓餐廳的魚頭湯做的很有特色！提一點，酒店有時還放不下官商的架子，比如房間的贈水就兩瓶，再需則收費五元一瓶！其他方面都很好的！
