房間比較老舊，出發之前酒店有聯繫我對房間有什麼要求，我説的是要求是安靜，可是實際住了以後噪音很大，因為在八樓剛好旁邊樓房的樓頂換氣裝置還是什麼的，嗡嗡的一直響，房間內也時不時的有咔噠的聲音。酒店的服務員的服務態度都還不錯，但總體來説性價比不高……

酒店位置靠近岳陽火車站，去景區、高鐵站、高業街坐公交車或者打車都很方便。酒店硬件設施設計感、文化感強，衞生整潔。服務員熱情、大方有禮貌，服務周到，能主動為顧客考慮。 酒店餐食非常好，早餐豐富，特別是商務套餐，是為一至二人少量客人量身訂製的經濟、實惠、可口的餐食。

看價格應該是岳陽最好的酒店了吧，但是不值這個價。400塊錢撐死。酒店樓下不知道幾樓有個KTV，晚上在房間是能聽到樓下唱歌的。岳陽這地方也是有意思，看點評好幾個酒店都是這種情況。
最不能接受的是，酒店房間的窗户太垃圾了，就是最普通的那種鋁合金推拉窗户，密封不好，窗户和玻璃都很薄，完全不隔音，就是200塊錢的如家窗户也比他家強100倍，這窗户聊勝於無，外面汽車喇叭聽的清清楚楚。這種窗户應該市場上都沒有賣的了吧。
可能商家知道硬件不行，就拼服務了吧，服務挺好的，大堂有人隨時問候，房間好像送了一堆小零食，記不太清了。
早餐湊合吧，不過可以理解，畢竟小地方客流量少，也做不了那麼豐盛的早餐。
其他記不清了，時間有點久了，就對KTV和破窗户記憶猶新。 花點錢升級一下吧，窗户也不貴。

服務很好，前台辦理入住很細心温柔。房間裏的零食飲料都是免費的，而且入住的時候剛好是下午茶時間，直接就在大堂用下午茶了，味道不錯👍

1. After checking in, I walked to the room, the door was open, and the cleaning was not done. It was a temporary cleaning, and we were left waiting by the side. I don't understand!
2. Because it was an emergency cleaning, the room tissues were not replaced. At around 10 o'clock in the evening, I found that there was not enough tissue in the room and bathroom. I called the front desk, and the front desk promised to deliver it immediately. In the end, it was not delivered until I checked out, and there was no response.
3. The child accidentally opened the bathroom curtain, and when I closed it, I accidentally pressed the emergency switch next to it. The hotel also did not respond until I checked out. It's useless!
