衞生：我住的房間衞生可以接受，沒有乾濕分離，但挺乾淨整潔的。
設施：電視機反應遲鈍，遙控器不是很管用。
服務：入住和退房時服務員不在，自助在機器辦理的入住、退房，如果年輕人很方便，老年人的話可能有些麻煩，但是服務員態度還是不錯的。
⭐⭐⭐環境：重點！！！我真的不能接受這個環境，不是地理位置，是噪音！噪音！噪音！！！隔音真的超差，隔壁大爺的咳嗽聲，那個聲音分貝我還可以接受；窗户關上和開着一樣，一整夜外面都有車來車往巨吵的聲音；還有三四點樓下説話的聲音，不止一次；還有前半夜摩託車嗡嗡嗡的聲音，真的賊吵；還有前半夜飆車的聲音，嗡嗡嗡；還有空調外機類似拖拉機的聲音，一陣一陣的，這是最吵的！我兩點鐘有點睡着，到四點鐘徹底被吵醒，兩點到四點醒了不下十次！後面太困了，又斷斷續續的睡著了，因為晚上沒睡好，第二天睡到了十點半。如果對於聲音有些敏感或者行程安排緊密的，請酌情考慮。

出行方便，安全衞生 景區比較近，房間乾淨服務熱情周到，前台姐姐人很好，離岳陽樓很近，離洞庭湖更近，旁邊都是好玩的，吃飯購物方便，性價比高，值得推薦，下次還來！
