整體設施環境都很不錯，房間風格和其他鉑爾曼差不多統一標準，不過岳陽鉑爾曼酒店自帶外陽台，對面就是洞庭湖，非常舒服。服務我的Nancy也很值得表揚，體貼細緻入微，周邊非常適合散户散步散心，對面還有很多人露營⛺️，氛圍感拉滿。

酒店很好，風景很漂亮，適合拍照打卡，隨便找一個角落都很出片，健身房和游泳池都很好，健身房器械很全，很豐富，比一般的健身工作室東西都全。
服務：從辦理入住到退房Nancy小姐姐都一直很熱情接待，專業性強，增添了温暖。
房間：乳膠枕頭睡着很舒服，浴缸還提供了一次性塑料膜，很周到，還免費。
環境:也很舒服，樓下背後就是商場。
地理位置:不是城中心，適合自駕。

前台團隊態度很好 悄咪咪問可不可以升級到湖景房 他們都很友善的幫我升級了 爸媽超級開心～距離市區也沒有太遠，自駕的家庭很適合！附近環境很安靜 很適合放空休息。對着湖景思考人生 也太爽了吧！唯一的小建議 早餐品種可以再豐富一丟丟～下次還會再來住的

一樓休閑區裝飾牆上有些小垃圾，整體衞生還是乾淨整潔的，大床房空間大設施齊全，枕頭不錯，不像好多酒店很厚累頸椎，個人覺得窗户上可以按紗窗防蚊，畢竟這個房型沒有陽台可以通風，孩子特別喜歡這個酒店，非常推薦！

一家人暑假自駕旅行，路過岳陽，臨時定了鉑爾曼。房間面對着湖，一推開陽台門，就面對着寬闊的湖面。酒店給房間升級到6樓，房間寬敞，非常舒服。酒店的洗護用品是畢格羅的，洗髮水用完頭髮清爽順滑，臨走在前台買了兩瓶300毫升的，帶在旅行路上用。
