窗户是壞的，關不了，去的時候下暴雨。。。然後接駁車沒電説接不了，好像整個民宿就一台，的士不讓進景區，結果走了四十分鐘才到民宿。。。

工作人員非常熱情，我們一家5口人，車接車送，特別方便，房間環境很好，智能家電設備齊全，早餐也很可口，晚上聽着蟲鳴入睡很舒適，離熊貓苑很近，坐車2分鐘速達不排隊，體驗很不錯！

媽呀，住過最差的民宿沒有之一，當天12點入住，一進房間床上兩坨屎，可怕至極，要服務員換床單被套，服務員折騰了四十分鐘拿來了一床被子，説不會套被子，床單上不明黃色物體，簡直無語，當天太累了，衹能睡了。
早餐衹有一碗米粉，也是夠簡陋的。逃離似的跑了，後來找攜程協商説衹能打六折，1000多的民宿就這種水平，還要600多？
請攜程以後好好審核這些無良商家，給我們這些無辜的消費者一個保障，

首先，這個民宿在景區裏面，我們開車過去的，但是要下午6點後才能進去，民宿工作人員沒有提前告知我們，臨時打電話過去才被告知車衹能停在景區對面的橋下面，接駁車要自己走進去到遊客中心。其次，好不容易到了民宿，發現房間很不衞生，榻榻米上有掉下來的牆漆，被子上有黑色的臟東西，廁所裏一股味。房間裏沒有電話，想要換房間還得去前台，倒是説可以換房間，但可以選擇的更不行，帶着孩子也不好折騰，就衹能勉強住下。還有，我兒子在房間不小心打壞一個茶壺，退房的時候要求賠20塊，那麼差的環境900多一晚，衞生差也沒有給打折，一個破茶壺要20塊，簡直無語。最後早餐非常單一，可供選擇不多。總之這個民宿再也不會來了，想要來看熊貓的朋友也千萬不要訂這一家！！

衞生：衞生是最差的，尤其是廁所，到處都是污垢，馬桶不是迫不得已根本不想上，衞生間很臭，刷牙杯子臟沒用，衞生方面是體驗感最差的地方，還不如快捷酒店
設施：淋浴用了浴缸放的水就會變小，設施不好，馬桶衞浴都不好
環境：環境好，離熊貓近，接駁車算是及時但有時要等人
服務：還行，早餐不好吃

風景不錯，環境優美，在景區裏去熊貓苑很方便，也不用拖着行李箱。房間乾淨整潔，就是衞生間的玻璃門形同虛設，都是透明玻璃。
