一進房間一眼望去就很乾凈，非常的舒適床鋪也乾淨，睡起來非常的柔軟，員工的服務態度很好非常熱情周到，讓人打心底覺得非常的貼心。地理位置非常便利，交通十分方便。房間樓層很高寬敞明亮，真的非常完美了！

五一來旅遊啦，雖然都是下雨天，天氣不好，不過我們住了一家讓人心情好的酒店。辦理入住就感受到了岳陽的熱情，前台小姐姐很有禮貌，很細心貼心辦理好手續還送了馬桶坐墊。加了前台微信，告知一些注意事項，進入房間之後也是很滿意的，房間比較大，遇到了不是照騙的酒店了。有吧枱有小沙發有冰箱甚至還有小冰箱。床鋪也很軟，睡下去就不想動了。最滿意的還是小飄窗，下着雨的岳陽看起來又是另一種味道。這是來到岳陽讓我比較舒適的一次體驗，下次朋友來我一定首推這家酒店！

節假日來湖南嶽陽玩，選擇了這家酒店，原因是性價比高，服務態度，離岳陽樓和巴陵廣場近，且酒店周圍商場餐館娛樂場所小吃街多，交通也便利，不用買個東西跑來跑去，反而節省了很多時間，可以去看看岳陽樓品嚐岳陽美食，玩玩景區遊戲，拍夜景，可以説住的開心玩的也開心。

從入住到退房每一位工作人員都讓我感覺到賓至如歸。特別是前台工作小姐姐非常的耐心温柔，酒店的位置也非常的方便，在這個旅途當中，我最喜歡的就是柏菲藝術酒店，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間智能控制，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯！我絕對會再次選擇這家酒店並且向我的朋友們推薦
