The stay was perfect - from the moment of arrival. Staff greeted us at the parking & took our luggage. The room was very clean. All the staff were very friendly & professional. We stayed on a less busy night. The ryokan gave us a sense of tranquility, which is a good place to recharge, especially with the in-room onsen. The breakfast & dinner were excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. This hotel is quite high on the hill, best to drive it take taxi.

Excellent service from a very nice staff team. All the meals are delicately made. The portion and taste are great. The room is neat and tidy. Private hot spring and shared hot spring are good. The location of the hotel is good, close to the Main Street and walking distance to Kirin Lake.

The environment is 10 points good and the food for dinner is of high quality. The environment is clean and the service attitude is super good. You feel at home. 10 points recommended.

The service is satisfactory, it's OK, but it's a bit far from the JR station. There are two Nepalese and Vietnamese waiters providing service, and they are as enthusiastic as the Japanese waiters. Thumbs up 👍

It was the best location as it was quiet and close enough to walk to Kinrinko Lake and shopping streets. Very friendly and bright staff and fantastic Josh Kwa dinner!! From the independent accommodation to the private hot spring bath, it is a flawless accommodation. I want to go again~~~

Yufuin is a top-level hot spring tourist destination in Japan. Since the area is small and it is a tourist resort, it is not very cost-effective. It is an all-Japanese family hotel. Two points to note: 1. Be sure to take a taxi. The last 600 meters is an uphill road. Poe, I was sweating from the exhaustion of dragging a box. 2. Dinner at the hotel is at 6 p.m. Don’t eat too much in Yufuin Town, otherwise you won’t be able to eat even the best Japanese dinner by then
