"Staying at a hot spring ryokan in Yufuin with dinner and breakfast included is so convenient and hassle-free. Jukaso Hotel in Yufuin was a great choice. The traditional Japanese garden setting creates a wonderful ambiance. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk directly from Yufuin Station, so even with luggage, it's no trouble at all. I booked a tatami Japanese-style room. It was spacious and clean with excellent natural light. Opening the window revealed mountain views and the greenery of the garden, making it very peaceful and restorative. The amenities were complete, and the double sinks in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. The hot springs include both indoor and open-air baths. The water quality was pleasant and clean, and it was quiet with few people in the evening. Soaking in the onsen completely relaxed me."

Love the welcoming drinks session, free flow for all drinks. The food was great as well. A very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely recommend friends to MODA. Only downside was the location is a bit hard to find, but once you know where, it’s alright."

"It seems like this inn is run by the owner, his wife, and their daughter, and each one of them is incredibly kind and has such a wonderfully positive energy. The dinner and breakfast were by far the best meals I had during my entire trip to Japan. More than any fancy dish, the simple Japanese home-style cooking deeply moved me. The private onsen (hot spring) also had great water and a lovely atmosphere, allowing me to enjoy it repeatedly despite the cold weather. At night, with so many stars around, I could enjoy stargazing and soak in the romantic ambiance. The Japanese-style accommodation and meals I experienced here were more impressive than any high-end hotel, domestic or international."

"I think my memories of Yufuin were made even better thanks to Seikoen. I stayed there on my last day, and the moment I stepped into the hot springs, all my fatigue melted away. The water is amazing; it made my skin feel so smooth, and the outdoor hot spring in the public bath had such a great atmosphere—it was the best. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and best of all, having a Korean staff member made me feel so comfortable and happy. Even though I have Papago, being able to communicate freely in the same language is truly precious. My two daughters and husband, who came with me, were also very satisfied. If I visit a ryokan in Yufuin again, I will definitely book here again."

"The hotel boasts a prime location near Lake Kinrin, situated at the end of the Yunotsubo street, perfect for a quick stroll and rest. The service is attentive and makes guests feel right at home. A private shuttle to Yufuin Station is provided on check-out day, allowing guests to enjoy sightseeing on their last day. The hotel features three family-style baths, two of which are open-air baths, each offering 40 minutes of private time. We stayed in the Takasago Japanese-style Suite, which boasts both indoor and outdoor private onsen, ensuring excellent privacy. Breakfast and dinner are served in private dining rooms, offering a diverse menu with different signature dishes each meal, such as Wagyu beef and houga-don. Overall, the hotel exudes a nostalgic Japanese charm and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended! 👍"

"Stay is convenient due to self-drive, down back from the yard of about 7-10 minutes, separate cabin, the room is very large, the room has an outdoor hot spring, the hygiene environment is really bad, a lot of dust, a lot of bugs, the mattress has been very inert sun ° Dinner and breakfast were ok, but the stove was really dirty, D juice stains on hand used up, no cleaning at all 😔."

The interior atmosphere and decor were, needless to say, perfect. I really enjoyed the authentic Japanese ryokan vibe. My mother-in-law and children were also very satisfied!"
