A great place to spend wonderful hot spring trip with families. They serve very delicious and of high quality Kaiseki meals.

The service was very welcoming, and both breakfast and dinner were quite rich and varied. However, our room had a slight kimchi smell, and the soundproofing wasn't great, so we could hear Korean guests talking at night.

Stayed one night at Seikouen ryokan and was really impressed by their service! The staff there were all very helpful and friendly! Breakfast and dinner were great too! We enjoyed ourselves at their private onsen! Special shout out to the staff who helped us with our luggages, even offered to help us take a pic on our last day and bidded us farewell at Yufuin Station! Would definitely recommend this ryokan for your stay at Yufuin!

The location is not very close to the town, but it is not too far. It is walkable without baggages. The service was very good. The room is clean and equiped with toilet with no shower and bath. You can book a private onsen or feel free to use the public ones. The meal are very nice! both breakfast and dinner, but the time is fixed, our dinner time was a bit late compare to our usual time.

We loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the famous Yunotsubo Kaido, which made getting around so easy. Plus, the service was top-notch. Very neat and clean. Although it’s a bit far from station, you can reserve pick-up service which is very convenient.
We booked a room with private semi outdoor hot tub. They do excellent in pest control, hence there’s no mosquito or other flies disturb while you are enjoying hot tub.

When we arrived at the hotel we were warmly greeted by the owner and the staffs at the parking lot. We were luckily upgraded to the room with private onsen and it was an amazing experience. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious and the room was very comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed our experience here.

The owner is attentive. We have our own private bath inside the room, though the water is not hot enough, you can ask the staff to adjust for you. Overall very good onsen experience.
