I went on a trip with my parents, and although it was far from Yufuin Station (about 10 minutes by car), the shuttle service was arbitrary. On the day I was leaving, they said there was no shuttle service, so I asked them to call a taxi, and they said they couldn't call me a taxi because there weren't many taxis. I took a bus (not that they tried and said no), but the bus was very inconvenient because there were a lot of people and huge luggage. If the shuttle service was this arbitrary, it would have been nice to have at least allowed taxis to arrive. The room is clean but overall very old. The guests were diverse, Korean, Chinese and Japanese.

The room was spacious. The food may be inferior to the inns around here, but there was no shortage of quantity. Various sites said that meals were served in a tatami room, so I stopped wearing a yukata and made my own jersey, which was the correct answer. In December, when the temperature was low nationwide, the hot water in the open-air bath gets cold, so please use only the indoor bath. I think that the bathroom is large.
