Room was spacious. Public bath was clean and enjoyable. Not sure if it was just good timing, but the public bath for both men and women were not busy. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and was very full after each meal. The staff are friendly. Nice lounge area with free coffee and water. Take advantage of their shuttle service from hotel to JR Station.

The overall environment is very comfortable, breakfast and dinner are rich, and the hot spring is also great. The only drawback is that the water boiling equipment in the room is a bit old, and I feel like I can't make tea and relax in the room.

The hotel is a little bit out of the way, but it's not far from Jinlin Lake, about five minutes. It's recommended to take advantage of the shuttle bus service to the station. I stayed in a suite at this hot spring hotel for two nights. It has a private bath and a view of the small courtyard. There is a lot of space for two people to soak in the bath. The hot spring is super comfortable and the room is also very large, with Japanese-style & In the Western-style living room, breakfast and dinner are carefully designed by the chef. They are delicious and nutritious. The service ladies are very kind and lovely. It is a satisfactory stay. You can make an appointment with the hotel for free station pick-up service, but the time is only available. Until the last bus to Yufuin Forest, please pay more attention if you are staying at Yufuin Forest.

There is only one set of towels in the room, and the hot spring area does not provide towels, which is very inconvenient. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to Jinlin Lake, which is OK during the day; the road is too dark at night, not suitable for walking.
