The pictures online look quite old, but the room is actually quite big, with dry and wet areas separated. Although the decoration is a bit retro, it is very clean. Overall I am quite satisfied with it!

The hotel is a bit far from Yufuin JR Station, so it takes a while to drag your suitcase. The Japanese-style tatami room I booked was quite large, with a separate bathroom and toilet, dry and wet separated. The water temperature of the hot spring was suitable for me, and there was also a sauna. Overall, it was a futile experience and I only stayed for one night. However, the view of Kinrin Lake in Yufuin is good, and I ate at the popular restaurant "Shin", but I personally thought it was average.
