This is actually one of the nicest onsen experience I’ve had. The staff are kind and attentive. The room is really clean and there amenities are good. They use a local Japanese high-end skincare brand and I especially like the outdoor on where it is very peaceful and it is the first time that I experience white and creamy on that makes my skin super smooth.

A very nice hotel. Japanese set breakfast. Delicious and full. Staff is nice. Room is very spacious. Onzen is nice too with beautiful view. Love it.

Hotel is about 15 minutes walk away from the bus station. However, the scenery on the way is beautiful and peaceful. Staffs are friendly and helpful and we appreciated the upgrade and services. Overall , the room is super clean and has private bathroom .Love the hot spring facilities and will look forward to the future visit.

Although it's a little over a kilometer from the station, I highly recommend walking instead of taking a taxi, as the scenery along the way is absolutely beautiful. Cherry blossoms, streams, small bridges, distant mountains, fields, and a mix of Western and Japanese-style houses create a very soothing atmosphere. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The lobby is grand, and the front desk staff are fluent in English and provide detailed information. On the top floor (4th floor), there's an observation onsen. The rooms are purely Japanese style, clean, tidy, comfortable, spacious, fully functional, and offer expansive views of beautiful scenery. There's also a restaurant in the lobby. Many restaurants in Yufuin's Yunotsubo Street and Floral Village close by 4 PM. Personally, I find this natural, unspoiled environment much more relaxing than those famous, trendy tourist spots.

The hotel is good. Location is near Hakata station very easy to find. The room a little bit small.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete, the room has everything you need, and the tatami mat is super comfortable! Waking up to the view of Mount Yufu is truly blissful! I absolutely love the open-air onsen; soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the mountains gives you a wonderful feeling of being one with nature! Cleanliness: So clean! The onsen is also very clean! Environment: Unobstructed views of Mount Yufu, the scenery is absolutely stunning! Service: Very classic Japanese service, the staff are incredibly friendly!

About 10 to 15 mins walk from the train station. Very quite and serene environment. From hotel to walk to the lake 20 mins, floral village etc you can easily spends hours to enjoy the scenery, lunch and shopping streets. Big and spacious onsen, the outdoor one is nice. The view from onsen and room face Mt Yufu...very relaxing and nice breakfast.

Good location. Neat and clean Japanese style room. Staff can speak English well. Also ramen at restaurants in the hotel is very tasty.

We stayed 2 nights. The hotel room was clean and flexible for family with kids.

I really enjoyed my time here at the hotel because of the friendly service and the setting of the hotel where the stunning scenery of Yufu is upfront. It is tranquil and clean. Additionally, there is the Hot Springs where you can enjoy the nature outdoor soaking in the warm water. Highly recommend recommended.

About 10 minutes walking from the train station. Walking under the hot sun during summer is no joke. Room rate not inclusive breakfast, so cannot comment much. Public bath is available which is good. Staff is friendly and helpful.
