Very friendly staff. Very near to Lake Kinrin. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and we wallpw into the onsen with full belly. .

A traditional onsen hotel, facilities there are a bit old (or Japan style?). There are public and family onsen there, good for families and couple. And there are unlimited Beer/ Coffe bar there, you can enjoy yourself after onsen. But since it’s quite remote, there are some insects in room and the public area, may be a problem to someone who really scared insects. And the toilet ventilation system is a problem too. But it’s a good onsen hotel next to the lake, it takes only 5mins walk to the lake.

Good customer service and the environment was very beautiful with scenic decorations. The hotel was located near the tourist spot - the 金鏻湖 and the 湯之坪街道 so it’s super convenient The food served was local Japanese food and was also very nice. It’s a wonderful experience and our stay there was very worthwhile.

This is my second visit to the house. I was very satisfied. You can use the family bath and open-air bath for free 24 hours a day, and you can also enjoy unlimited draft beer and coffee for 24 hours. The Wagyu steak served for dinner was very satisfying as the meat was tender. The room is clean, but since it is an old building, there are some spider webs here and there. I will visit again.

Although the hotel is a bit far from the train station, about 20-30 minutes' walk, the environment is quiet and comfortable. Moreover, the hotel clerk understands English and can communicate with mobile phone translators without any problem. There are 9 family hot spring rooms for one to two people, and 2 hot spring baths, one for men and one for women, which are very comfortable. I stayed for 2 meals, which were very rich. I have to come again.

Breakfast and dinner are both traditional Japanese meals. There are many kinds of exquisite meals, so you don’t have to worry about not being full. The hotel’s facilities are antique and charming, and it is very close to Jinlin Lake, which is perfect for getting up early to see the dreamy lake view!

The old house is quite charming. Book a room with a private bath, it is very comfortable to soak in the open air. The breakfast is also good.

I lived in Yufuin with full expectations. It doesn’t matter that the accommodation is old, but the sink was so dirty, and then Xiaoqiang appeared... It was the first time in Japan to stay in such a terrible room, and I lost my fun. The only place where I could take a bath was not bad. !
