You have to take off your shoes as soon as you enter the lobby, and hotel staff will help you clean the wheels of your suitcase when you enter. From the lobby to the elevator, you can go directly to the hotel room upstairs and downstairs, which is a very special experience. The breakfast was rich and the room was clean and tidy. Very satisfied, I will stay here again next time.

Had an overnight stay here for the rugby after a day travelling down from Hokkaido. The trip went incredibly smoothly, then the welcome, the fans zone, the organisation and the fans transport out to the stadium were amazing. Well done Oita. The hotel was a little overwhelmed by the number of people booking in before the match, but staff were friendly and helpful; the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped; and the hotel was easily found from the station via an interesting arcade - no more than a 5-10 minute walk. Would certainly stay here again if in Oita.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staffs will smiling face all the time. The onsen on the roof top is excellent particularly the outdoor pool. I love their ramen serving after 9:30 pm, good timing after enjoing onsen. The room size is reasonable if you been to enough hotels in Japan. Cleanliness and tidynesss is impressive. Breakfast is good but love to see more western selections. Overall I love this hotel and will prefer to stay there again.

We drove our car so not sure about location but it is close to mall and eateries. The hotel is business-like with some tour group and fitted with onsen but very crowded. Parking is free. Hotel breakfast is amazing and very worth it!! Rooms are big in size and spacious!

I used it in mid-December. Since it is adjacent to JR Oita Station, you can go from the station in 2 ～ 3 minutes without getting wet in the rain. The front desk is 8F in the building where the hotel is located. This time, I used the non-smoking double bed room of 17F. The face towel in the bathroom of the room was made in Imabari. Check-in is possible from 14:00, and guests can also use the 19F ”Tenku no Yu” from 14:00. Go to 19F in your room clothes, receive a towel set at the reception, and go to the men's bath changing place. 19F has an indoor bath and two types of saunas (Finland sauna and mist sauna), and there were more than 10 washrooms. 19F Indoor bath is a natural hot spring that is pumped from 700m underground. After soaking in the inner bath of 19F, go up the stairs to 20F (rooftop). There are two types of bathtubs here. It is a little hot water and a little lukewarm carbonated spring. Also, the view of soaking in the bathtub is the best! It's nice in the daytime, but the view illuminated by neon at night is also nice. Guests can use it from 6am the next morning. This morning bath was the most comfortable. Breakfast was served at the 8F restaurant from 7 am. I arrived around 6:55 with a breakfast ticket, but 7 ～ 8 people were already lined up. Instead of choosing your favorite seat, the person in charge will guide you. At that seat, the person in charge asks whether the main dish is Japanese or Western. On this day (12/16), Japanese food was grilled ＋ small bowl, Western food was hamburger ＋ small bowl. Except for the main dish, it is a buffet style, and it is a style that you take this and that yourself. It was a pity that I couldn't have breakfast slowly because the bus to the airport was early. The hotel is conveniently located and the room is super big! There is an electric massage chair in the room! The air conditioning is sufficient, definitely worth recommending! Hygiene is very good! There is also an ironing board provided in the room! Definitely worth recommending

It was the first time I stayed at the facility for about １０ for the first time in several years, and it was the first time since I became a Nikko brand. The location is a little from the downtown area, but the view was good because it was high-rise. The equipment is still old. The shower in the bathroom was not an automatic temperature plug, and the water pressure of the hot water was weak, so it was difficult to adjust the amount of hot water at the appropriate temperature to use the shower. Also, breakfast was disappointing. Although it was a Viking, the replenishment was slow, and some of them did not come out to the end only by the tag. There is no udon noodles yet, so when I asked the staff, it was out of stock, so I could do it by soba. I refused because it would take １５ minutes. I've never heard of a Viking out of stock. Even though there aren't many people. There was almost no bread. Services such as the front desk are good. Especially the greeting of the person who cleaned the room was pleasant.

It is good that parking and breakfast are free. The room was a one-room condominium type and was old, but the cleaning was well done. I wonder if this amount is convinced at a distance that can be walked to Miyakonojo.

Hotel is centrally placed in front of the station, I had a comfortable room on 11th floor, average size for Japan, very comfortable bed. The buffet BFast was ok, choice of Japanese and western food... A good surprise was the onsen, that I particularly appreciated after a day spent walking, exploring Beppu' s Hells .. The hotel is very clean and tidy and all the staff were kind and helpful, I could leave my luggage at the reception on the leaving day while I was exploring Beppu on my own... Good rate quality/ price, I would go there again, if I were in Beppu again.

It is a hotel with a fairly old age than you can see in the photo. It is a plus element that there is a hot spring on the １ floor. It was simple for breakfast. The distance from the station is not far, but convenience stores and shopping are better to come in front of the station.
