I booked this hotel because it had a rating of 4 or higher on Jalan, but I regret not finding this review sooner. Mr. Nakai is rough Just as others have written. He comes into the room without permission. But he doesn't seem to mean any harm. I put up with it, thinking it was an inn in another world. Bugs Just as rumored, bugs came to the open-air bath. But in my case, it was a praying mantis and a red dragonfly. When I went into the open-air bath at night, I didn't turn on the lights and went in by moonlight, so I was able to manage. Food The abalone was smelly and I couldn't eat it. Also, the meat of the spiny lobster was melted, so I couldn't eat it. Key to the room bath Although it was on the second floor, there were no locks on the open-air bath and the room door, and I had just heard from the taxi driver that "the monkeys around here are bad," so I felt uncomfortable in the room with Mr. Nakai coming in without permission. Humidity The yukata was damp as rumored. Tatami This was the worst. It was bumpy and worn out, as if it had absorbed water and dried, and it was disgusting to walk on the tatami. Could this be someone who took a bath in the room and wandered around wet? Maybe the other rooms are better, but I'm fine with it.
