從未有此不良印象的酒店，首先已付清房費再入住居然還要收按金，問：你們陝西五星都不收按金你們另類嗎？回答：房間有貴重物品！有古董嗎？把咱們攜程客户當乞丐嗎？啥都要！其次，問：不給升級嗎？答：要有條件的！得是皇親國戚嗎？最後入住發現，房內都是不入流的物品，哪配收按金！備受侮辱之感！總結：五星冠名，快捷設施，二流服務！坑！慎入！
