My first time staying at a Hampton by Hilton, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. We had requested two rooms on the same floor, and the friendly gentleman at the front desk not only upgraded us immediately but also enthusiastically helped us with local food recommendations. The view from our room was excellent, the room itself was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety. The hotel's location is super convenient, and the underground parking was a huge bonus. This is easily the best hotel I've stayed at recently. Highly recommend!

It can be said that it was a very comfortable parent-child time. From the moment I entered the door, I felt very thoughtful. The star staff at the front desk saw that they were bringing children, and the Spring Wind Ambassador gift immediately sent their exclusive children's toothbrushes and slippers. They also helped to arrange the room properly. The room is spacious and clean, the facilities are very new, the whole house intelligent control system children feel novel and interesting, shouting ”small” can open and close the curtains and lights. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is also good, and the family has a good night's sleep. Breakfast is very good, rich in categories, and freshly cooked noodle soup, children eat happily, adults are also worry-free, children under 12 years old are free. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from Cross Street and Wanhualou, it is very convenient to eat and go shopping. The biggest feeling of this stay is the meticulous service, from the welcome tea to a bowl of noodles late at night, with care everywhere. Next time I come to Yulin, I will choose this hotel with temperature.

The hotel is located on a small, quiet island with good facilities and excellent service. However, the hotel's management philosophy needs improvement. Prior to check-in, guests were not informed about ongoing renovations in the annex that would disrupt sleep. We only found out after checking in, via a notice in the room, that construction would occur from 9 AM - 12:30 PM and 3 PM - 6:30 PM. To make matters worse, construction actually started at 8 AM. After complaining through Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a lake-view room the next day and received a complimentary afternoon tea for two. However, as we had to wake up at 7:30 AM for an early start, we observed that construction still began at 8 AM the following day. This clearly shows that the hotel's administrative management philosophy is not customer-centric.

This time, I specifically chose this hotel because I was going to the Hongjin Wholesale Market to buy goods. It's just a few minutes from the North Second Ring Road highway exit, and there's a large free parking lot, which is very convenient for both trucks and cars. Check-in at the front desk is very efficient, and the staff are very friendly and gentle, even when I arrive late. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and odor-free, and the housekeeping is meticulous. I recommend it.
