Actual view was very disappointing. Not reflected the latest facts and conditions of the hostel. The hostel didn’t take initiative to inform the customer of change of facts. Cited that the customer was overseas was not an acceptable excuse because trip.com is an international platform that connects accommodation and travellers from all over the world. Constructions were carried out right outside the room was a nuisance. No pre warning given shows the dishonesty on the part of the hostel. The customer couldn’t get the chance to find an alternative in the late evening. Partial refund was accepted only because there was no other option available to the customer.

首先説一下去到民宿的體驗感: 大中午我們打車剛到路口，就看到小哥哥熱情的打招呼出來接我們了，兩個人的行李箱他都給提到房間，可太省心了~ 其次説一下進到酒店大廳等感受: 乾淨整潔大氣美觀，有差茶台，休閑時刻可以盡情享受。還有就是我們都是愛動物人士，所以店裡養的貓貓狗狗也會增加好感，跟它們互動了一下就上樓放行李了。再一個就是進到房間的感受:房間面積很大，陽台直接能看到雪山🏔（但之前我們都看過了，所以入住這幾天都睡到自然醒，嘿嘿），近處能看到稻田民房，不管是晴天雨天，都挺舒服的，空氣清新沒有嘈雜聲，是我們想要的住宿環境。房內設施完善，逛完街回來可以美美的泡個澡邊看投影，還挺享受~整個裝修風格都喜歡。最後最重要的一點是:民宿工作人員的服務態度都很好，去白沙古鎮都有觀光車接送，廚師波哥做的菜很好吃！住了四天這樣，跟大家都處成朋友了~很多感受衹有去體驗了才知道，希望將來入住的朋友都像我們一樣有個美好的體驗！

先説優點： 1.小懿特別周到，去雪山前還提前準備餐包和氧氣瓶，觀光車接送去白沙鎮也很熱情，推薦的吃的，算是我一個東北人最喜歡的了，陳大櫥，普洱牛肉好吃極了 2.即是優點也是一點遺憾：民宿前面本來可以有很好的景觀，但是有違建房，擋住了很大視線，小懿免費給升級了房間 3.麗江5月底進入了雨季，從白沙不好打車回民宿，我加了價都叫不到車，是舟舟幫忙叫到了車，並且還沒有要我錢，咱就説這得多貼心！反正這家民宿是我來雲南住過的3家裡麪我最喜歡的，床品毛巾浴袍全都是乾淨的，服務也是最熱情的！接下來説説缺點：牙刷太硬了，使用感不太好，再就是去麗江古城位置有點遠，不過很好打車，去玉龍雪山很好叫車，我早上7點叫車去雪山，嘎嘎快就有車接單

這次入住的醒在山野民宿，絕對是我在麗江最難忘的體驗！民宿位於白沙古鎮附近，正對玉龍雪山，推開窗就能看到雪山的全貌，清晨天氣好能看到日照金山，都不用出去，在房間躺着看？！！！！！每一幀都像畫一樣美。房間設計充滿設計感，木質結構與現代設施完美結合，空調+超大浴缸讓人瞬間卸下疲憊。最驚喜的是露台，坐在椅子上喝着熱茶，看着雪山發呆，時間彷彿都慢了下來。老闆和店員都超級熱情，特別舟舟，點名誇獎，有求必應，響應非常快，親和力特別強，很温柔不僅幫忙規劃遊玩路線，還推薦了當地人常去的小眾景點。早餐的米線和現磨咖啡也讓人印象深刻，搭配雪山美景，簡直是一種享受。晚上民宿會點燃壁爐，大家圍坐在一起聊天，氛圍特別温馨。細節滿分！如果你也想在玉龍雪山腳下感受自然與人文的交融，這家民宿絕對是不二之選！

這次入住的雪山民宿簡直太驚艷了！房間正對雪山，清晨拉開窗簾就能看到日照金山的壯麗景色，美得讓人屏息。民宿設計温馨又充滿格調，壁爐取暖特別舒服，晚上坐在窗邊喝着熱茶，彷彿時間都靜止了。工作人員熱情周到，不僅準備了豐盛的早餐，還詳細介紹了附近的遊玩路線。無論是硬件設施還是服務細節，都無可挑剔，絕對是雪山之旅的完美選擇！

房間很新，裝修簡潔乾淨，設計感十足，是我喜歡的類型，房間有陽台和大落地窗，正對着雪山，早起拉開窗簾就能看到雪山，觀景視野太棒了，小姐姐們可以打卡入住！老闆和員工服務也很到位，有接客車可以免費接送白沙古鎮，早餐是現做的米線，味道棒棒噠

來雲南這邊玩入住體驗最好的就是這家,這次旅遊行程挺匆忙的有點累最後一天入住的這家民宿整體感覺太棒了真的有在享受,給本次旅遊匆忙的心情一些安慰服務很好老闆娘還給升級了房型山景就在眼前早上睜眼睛就能看到雪山太棒了環境也特別乾淨我潔癖很嚴重走哪個酒店民宿什麼的我都會在套個一次性四件套啥的在他家完全不用考慮這些太乾淨了潔癖患者嘎嘎放心早上還有早餐屋裡還有投影加濕器啥的第二天老闆娘還幫忙叫車送我去麗江站哈哈真的很方便,這家是我這幾天住過的民宿體驗感最棒的一家了對了他家還有超級可愛的小貓小狗太好玩了下次還來這邊的話還要定這家,祝老闆生意興隆越做越好！
