設施：屬於千龜山景區開發配套修建的酒店，一幢兩層的木質結構小樓，四合院佈局，中間是一個庭院，客房分佈於四周，整體建築風格具有濃烈的僳僳族特色。
衞生：房間略小但收拾的很乾凈，衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水很大。
環境：緊鄰紅石街，附近參館、超市很多，離千龜山景區停車場1.5公里。
服務：沒有電梯，服務人員幫忙搬行李。
