Very reasonable restaurants, cake shops, dentistry, mini markets and TCM shops are nearby or next to it; great ! 4. Foot massage parlor is in-house at the 3rd floor though not experienced. 5. Lounge is large and classy for a 3-star rated hotel. 6. Reception was a poor show ( greetings weren't impressive ) as though motivation was absent. 7. Security wasn't the best, relatively; though can be improved. 8. This room's carpet and sofa smelled badly. Had to change room by re-booking though it should upgrade it for free.
