優點：價格便宜。
缺點：床很硬，衹要你敢翻身，床墊裏面的彈簧就會很大聲的告訴你，你在翻身！
衞生間臭，蹲坑沒有存水彎，你拉的粑粑一晚上都在散發著燻人的芬芳。你去看它的時候，它還會向你招手。
電視是個擺設，根本打不開。
服務態度差，問老闆電器怎麼打不開，老闆口吐芬芳。大概意思就是，出這點錢還想看電視，笑死我了。來考試的，申請延長到1點退房中午午休都不同意，要加錢，房間裏面明明寫着中午1點退房也可以的，大酒店都可以中午2點前退房。
房間裏面放的2瓶500毫升的礦泉水被告知要額外收費，滑天下之大稽，從來沒看過這種賓館。
總結，住過一次絕對不會再來了！

客觀説酒店衞生還不錯，離玉溪一小山水校區也很近，但隔音不好，周圍噪音太多，晚上睡覺都睡不好，還有酒店退房的時候，本來收據上是12點半退才扣半天房費，結果十二點半去退，老闆説衹退一部分，後來給了全部按金，但還是有點坑，希望酒店能在這些方面改進！

98元訂的賓館，門對着樓梯口，房間才衹有衞生間那麼大。還有一股難聞的味道。讓退房説不能退，算我賞💰給他花，無良商家。也給各位朋友提個醒，希望別被騙了。
