網上訂的特價房，到店才諮詢了才知道沒空調。後面換了有空調的。前台説可以直接重新訂然後網上訂的特價房可以退了。然後訂了空調房。到樓上收到訊息説退不了，想着是在12樓。就打電話給前台。結果一接通我説了一句話對方就掛了，後面我又親自下來反映問題。後面又接着換回特價房。可能是好久沒人住的原因。去到一開門就特別大的一股味道。浴巾外套着的塑料袋上已經落滿灰塵。

昨日第三次入住貴酒店，與之前兩次對比體驗感並不理想，寫材料時發現房間風扇位置的插孔沒電，後發現被子起球，電視設施用綳帶紮起來感覺並不美觀，望整改後期待下次入住。

沒有窗户，沒有吹風機，沒有空調，洗髮水一股臭屁蟲味，而且很詭異，到處都是鏡子，房間裏面鏡子也是對着床的
