服務很好，小孩也愛玩，不僅有温泉，還有，小孩玩的小童設施，環境也好，房間很乾凈衞生，泡池也很多

第三次去了，很適合遛娃
能感覺到服務有培訓加強，無論是前台，餐廳還是水療中心，工作人員都很熱情
唯一不足，房間空調不太給力，有點悶熱
還會再去的

房間衞生一般，但整體服務到位，能夠快速響應需求，一行八人住了兩個別野湯屋，孩子們樂開了花！就是園區內導示如果可以再強化一下就更好了！

由於是一樓，被褥略為潮濕，關閉門窗入睡有些悶。前廳、客房服務很熱情，對客人提出的訴求響應迅速。由於酒店二期施工趕工程進度，對環境的靜謐略有影響，但是酒店銷售和相關部門認真負責，儘量把不足降到最低。為酒店認真負責、盡心盡職的各部門員工點贊👍。

一家人非常滿意，住了兩晚泡了四次，水質好，池子多，游泳非常愜意，服務很好，兒子太喜歡了，説下次還要來。

看圖片選擇入住，早餐讓人很失望，品種很少，前台服務態度不是很給力，可能因為時間晚點原因，酒店缺少一些指引標識，晚上確實難找。

酒店房間很大，也很乾凈。房間內泡池獨立隔斷，可以有效控制室温。
早餐總體來説種類不算太多，但勝在較為精緻，中西品類該有的都有。
最令人驚喜的是水療中心的各種泡池，兩個游泳池水都是温的，據説都是地熱水，冬天也是熱的。
