Yuzawa Hotels with Airport pickup service

There is a slope in front of you and the best location. This time, I used a plan with a ski lift ticket, so it was very good value. The room was a long time ago, but there is no problem because it only sleeps after skiing. The gondola from Naeba Ski Resort to the next Kagura Ski Resort was wonderful. However, it was difficult to have a balanced meal because it was an accommodation plan without meals. Since it was a weekday, there were many restaurants on holidays, and I felt that every restaurant was generally more valuable than the quality. There are two large communal baths, but one of the men's baths was under repair and could not be used, and the only underground large communal bath that was available was incredibly far away. Also, it was dark and lacking in cleanliness, probably because it wasn't cleaned very well, so I didn't want to enter twice. I think it would be difficult to stay unless it was for skiing purposes.

Visited hotel in Autumn Nov 23. Stayed 1 night. Room: Spacious, with 1 shower room, 1 dressing area with sink, 1 toilet room with another large sink, bedroom has a sitting area, full sized wardrobe, and 2 twin beds. The room was quiet throughout the night and we had a comfortable stay. One minor comment is that the mattresses on the bed felt old as they sagged in the middle, leaving you without back support. I slept well nevertheless Onsen: Not sure if spring water was used, but the onsen areas were large, with not just an indoor onsen but also an outdoor one, and jacuzzis in 2 forms (sitting and lying down). Very relaxing after a long drive. Breakfast: Quite a good spread with Japanese options, western options, and fruit, yoghurt w compote and juice / coffee/ tea stations. All in this was value for money for the price we paid

There is a 24-hour convenience store near the station, and the location is great. However, be careful as the parking lot is small. The lobby is small and there is a chair fight. I checked in from 14:00 (it is possible if I pay an additional fee), but it was still a little crowded and there was a chair fight. Check-in was given priority, so the check-in time was about 5 minutes. If you don't like the small rooms, you shouldn't come. (The Japanese suite is relatively large because it has two bedrooms) The view is not good. There is air conditioner, but it is fixed to 24 ℃ in winter and is hot. The food was delicious and there were so many, but it was good (however, the breakfast the next day I ate soba at night was hell) However, from 15:00, it is difficult to make a reservation for meals from 17:30. Because it is difficult, Check in from 14:00 will be easier to take. The hot spring was the best. There are three private baths, but the place called ”Iwanoyu” is crowded, and depending on luck on the day you check in (relatively vacant during dinner) ”Iwanoyu” is vacant early in the morning of the next day (around 4:00 to 6:00). In addition, there are ice candy (free) (evening and night) and Yakult (free) (early morning to morning) at the bathing area, and you can eat ”night soba” for free from 23:00. The service was substantial. The room had a coffee mill and coffee beans and I was able to enjoy authentic coffee. The customer service was also good. It happened to be good, but the people in the lobby and the people in the restaurant were good with a clear voice. (There seems to be no other customer service)

近くに国道17号がありますが、住宅街の中にあるので、うるさくもなくゆっくりできました。 駅前にあるバス乗り場にもでやすいので、スキースノボで来るならとても良い場所かと思います 小さいですが３〜４人くらい入れる広めの大浴場あり。 中から鍵をかけて使用して良いとのことです。 なので貸切状態でゆっくり入れ、とても快適でした。 出る時は、電気を消して扉を全開にして開けておきます。 特に予約とかはないので、鍵がかかっていなければ入れる感じです。 乾燥室のような板置きもあるので、スノーシーズンには重宝します。 ハンガー掛けるところもあるので、ウェア等も乾かせます。 板のお手入れのことも伝えたら、快く延長コードを貸してもらえました 乾燥室でワックスがけもさせていただけたので良かったです。 部屋は２名用なので、広々しています。 机も仕事するには問題ない広さです。 帰りが遅くなる時は、鍵を持って出た方が良いです。 早く戻る時も持ってても良いかもです。 一度、フロントに預けて出た際に、午後早めに戻ってきましたが、呼び鈴押しても全く出てこなかった時があります。 電話もかけてみましたが、やはり出ず… 10分くらい待ってようやくエレベーターで降りてこられたので、フロントにいない場合もありです。 数日滞在でしたので、毎日清掃も入ります。 バスタオル類や歯ブラシも毎回新しいのを置いてもらえます。 乾燥室のような板置きもありです。 ハンガー掛けるところもあるので、ウェア等も乾かせます。 板のお手入れのことも伝えたら、快く延長コードを貸してもらえました。 乾燥室でワックスがけもさせていただけたので良かったです。

The scenery I was expecting to see in the photo was disappointing because the glass was cloudy inside and I couldn't see it while soaking outside. The bath with color 々 is also disappointing. Meals are normal. The soup powder that only women specially served was very delicious and I was happy. While I think young people and foreigners are working hard, I can't hear the basic words in the basics of the hospitality business from the mouth of the veteran man at the store and the front desk, ”thank you” It was uncomfortable. To put it simply, it is a traditional Japanese hotel renovated, and the proprietress speaks English very well. The room only has a toilet and no personal bathroom. There is a public bathhouse and hot spring. It is advertised as no dilution and no reheating cycle. I stayed in a single Western-style room, which was very clean. However, don't turn on the exhaust fan in the toilet when it's very cold. It will suck in the cold air from the corridor, making it useless to turn on the heater. The refrigerator in the room is very bright, only the Wifi signal is not full, it is not slow but not very stable. The second stop of the free shuttle bus is named after this hotel, but it only takes 5 minutes to walk from the station.

Used for the first ski trip in my life. About 20 minutes by shuttle bus from Echigo Yuzawa Station. 80% of the customers are Taiwanese, 10% Southeast Asia, and the remaining 10% Japanese. Although there were many foreigners, there were few English and Chinese notation in the hotel. I felt that various operations would go smoothly if I could put more effort into dealing with foreigners. The front desk staff had many newcomers and felt unfamiliar. However, the attitude of responding hard was good. The room is a Japanese-style room and you lay out your own futon. I didn't clean the room during the consecutive nights. Towels will be changed if you go to the front desk. When I made a reservation with a plan without meals, I was informed that I couldn't make a reservation because it was full when I tried to make a restaurant reservation after check-in. There was no place to eat nearby, so I negotiated and was able to get somehow to eat in the latest time. I should have made a plan with meals in advance so that I wouldn't become a meal refugee. There were many types of dinner buffets, and I enjoyed it without getting tired. The Nakazato Wood Ski Resort in front of the hotel is gentle and perfect for first-time skiers. However, Japanese ski lessons are not available on weekdays, and English and Chinese are already full of reservations, so it is better to make a reservation in advance. Since I am almost a beginner, I was playing in the snow below, and especially in the morning, there were few people in the ski resort and it was reserved. If it gets a little better, you can walk to the Yuzawa Nakazato Ski Resort next to it.

Location is excellent, about 1 minutes walk to the train station, or to the main street, both of which have lots of restaurants. The staff are very helpful, although only 1 lady could speak reasonable English. The rooms are very spacious, and comfortable, although the bathroom is on the old side. Those who used the onsen really loved it, although you have to pay an onsen tax, even if you don't use it. Breakfast is on the expensive side, and even little kids have to pay. However, free coffee/tea and soup are provided in the lounge area. There are lot of lockers, but only 2 washers/dryers. The dryer function is not effective, even after 60 mins of drying, so I ended up hanging the clothes in the room to dry instead.

I have been to Yuzawa on snowboard for about 15 years and there is a regular inn, but I have a gate in front of the station and stayed with my family because I wanted to stay at a large inn. It's old, but it was more normal than I expected. The uncle at the front desk on the first day was very kind (o ^^ o) Amazake is also free and very delicious! The room was a large room for 3 people! Amenity is minimal and yukata is normal. There is a humidifier in the room. The large communal bath is on the first and third floors, and my husband liked it because he wanted to enter the sauna. Breakfast is not a buffet, but it is delicious with a lot of side dishes such as hot tofu and rice in the pot. I went there for dinner because there are famous shops around the station. I thought it would be nice if I went by private car not in front of the station. The sound of the Shinkansen, the sound of snow removal around, and the people on the road are surprisingly noisy and can be heard quite a bit. And although it was said that it was a three-day holiday, it was said that Wi-Fi was not connected because Yuzawa itself was crowded. Too vulnerable. .. ( -`) But overall it was a good hotel.
