Beautiful room with everthing we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Nicely air conditioned after being outside in the hot sun. Handy coffee machine for the morning coffee. Felt like being in a palace.

When we arrived the apartment, we found dirt in toilet and reported to the host. The host said it is not a hotel and implied I should not have such high expectations on hygiene. The apartment name included “hotel” and photos are misleading. I didn’t expect there is no privacy for bathroom and the toilet is separated a bit far away from sink. There is no proper desk and chair for you. Absolutely, I am deeply disappointed about it.

Excellent room condition - updated and modern; excellent level of cleanliness - so nice when you’ve been traveling (and all too rare); incredibly helpful and kind owners/managers - so accommodating and made my stay so much easier. I never write reviews, but this place deserves it - would absolutely stay here again or recommend to friends! Thank you! :)

In der 1.Etage dieses perfekt gelegenen „Hotels“ mit liebevoll, hell und sauber hergerichteten Zimmern haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was man aus einem kleinen Raum alles machen kann! Wir fanden es gemütlich. Weiche Betten, Kissen, sauber, die allerdings sehr leicht auseinander driften. Die Dusche ist mit im Zimmer, aber unauffällig und blickdicht, Toilette ist natürlich extra und auch sehr sauber gehalten. Kaffee Kapselmaschine, Kühlschrank und TV vorhanden. Der erste Kaffee im Zimmer auch bis man in den zahlreichen Cafés rundherum sein Frühstück genießen kann. Auch wurde sich um uns gut gekümmert, netter Kontakt ab Buchung. Empfehlung! Sucht nicht weiter, außer Ihr wollt in ein klassisches Hotel mit Halbpension, oder ihr braucht ein großes Apartment. Ist aber für ein paar Tage Altstadt Zadar unnötig, es würde einem auch etwas am Flair entgehen, was dieser Ort ausmacht.

Fantastically positioned within the Walls of Zadar, the hotel provided the ideal position for us to explore the town. Despite its location in a busy part it was not noisy at all. The bed was fantastically comfortable and we both slept really well. I would highly recommend staying at the Zara palace. A particular mention for Kristina, the representative. Kristina most quite superb in her communication skills and facilitated our stay to suit our requirements. I cannot speak highly enough of her and I would encourage you to experience Zara palace rooms yourself.

Ok Det var designat för att vara fint, designen hade tyvärr inte kommit till sängarna/bäddarna.
Visst har man legat i sämre under alla resor.
Priset är alldeles för högt med tanke på säsong och efterfrågan. Service?
Ja var fanns den . WiFi utlovades men fanns inte i rum 13 längst in i korridoren, den fanns däremot i entrén en trappa ned, men för vem.

Great location right in the centre of the old town. Beautifully decorated has everything you need. We arrived late after check in and the host provided us with very clear instructions to get access to our room. You can hear the buzz of the old town however shut the windows, turn on the aircon and you will barely even notice it. Would absolutely recommend and would return without hesitation.

The first thing that struck me was the photos are completely true to life. The rooms are beautiful. The meet up with the host was so easy. They are also available to phone if you need anything. The rooms are in the heart of everything so very convenient. Close to restaurants and the best and cheapest ice cream shop. One point to note: it is very noisy because if street noise and a bell chiming. This did not bother us as we liked the liveliness of it but it would not suit everyone. We were very happy with our stay.

That was amazing in all aspects of our travel: location, perfect spot, cleanliness, close to a free parking zone with may be 10 min walk and easiness with check in and check out.
