Buona posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Zara. Stanza pulita e silenziosa, per fortuna fornita di aria condizionata perché la temperatura esterna ed interna era veramente torrida. Piccola terrazza e giardino esterno, parcheggio gratuito all'esterno della struttura. Peccato per l'incombente mole dell'ospedale proprio accanto e per l'inspiegabile assenza di tappetino per la doccia (evidentemente strutturale perché già segnalato da altri). Pagamento solo in contanti.

We loved our stay. Desa is a super caring host! The room is lovely and clean and we could park our car right in front of the villa free of charge. The place is only a 10 minutr walk to the old town. Recommended!

Great communication with the host, however, that’s where the positives end about this property. First of all, it’s not a villa, it’s an annex built in some industrial area of the city. The old town is circa 15 minutes walking from there and the walk isn’t great. Secondly, there is no window, the entrance door serves as a window and you need to keep it open to have air inside the apartment as it gets insanely stuffed. However, once you open it, it gets pretty noisy and it’s hard to sleep, as there is a huge avenue steps away from the property. The mattress was pretty bad as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Desa the manager was very helpful. The apartment is in fair close location however near very loud road and among buildings that seemed under construction. The kitchenette well equiped. The mayor problem was that air-conditioning was completely molded and it was hazardous to use. The parent has no radiator even in bathroom. Then AC was out of order the room was completely cold and humid. Additionally the shower tube was clogged and you had to take very short shower because later the water would flood the floor. Bed was not comfortable as well. The mattress seemed very used and had marks of bed bugs, however i found any. In stead of exchanging the mattress they seemed to be washing it. And the most important - we decided for this location because in their add they had free bicycles. On arrival it tourned out that no bacicles were available for use as all were rusted and out of order. To wrap up- the stay was a disappointment and i regret the booking. If wasn't for Desa who tried to be helpful I would go with worse notes.
