The location of the hotel is very convenient for travel, the scenic spots are right in front of you, the service facilities and environmental sanitation are very good, we can have a hot water bottle when we go in winter, the room is also very spacious, there is a bar street behind, it must be very lively in summer. Excellent location in the old town, walking distance to all of the attractions, shopping and restaurants. The room is spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful providing useful info.

The location is good, but it is difficult to find the navigation system, parking is very inconvenient, and you have no choice but to use the parking lot, so you have to pay a separate parking fee.

We arrived at night and were a little scared by the place. But the room was a good surprise. There is no elevator, we stayed on the ground floor but there are rooms on other floors. Irena is super friendly and makes all the difference in the service.

The room was clean, the hosts were friendly and accomodating. Location is excellent, although it's a short walk (maybe 3-5 minutes) to an Uber pick up point. Just something to keep in mind if you're traveling with heavy bags. Some noise from the street below (restaurants and bars), but we didn't find it disruptive. Excellent overall.

The location is excellent. It was very clean and Irena, the owner was so attentive and helpful. The opportunity to make arrangements for transportation to/from the airport was a huge advantage and Borjan was very reliable with our transportation needs. I would definitely return to Rooms 17 Zagreb.
