Começamos nossa viagem pela Croácia nos hospedando neste hotel, que fica no centro, bem localizado, com garagem e de onde conseguimos fazer nossas atividades a pé. O café da manhã incluso na diária é sensacional. Os quartos são bons e a limpeza também muito boa. No dia da chegada jantamos no restaurante do hotel que tem uma boa comida. Recomendo.

Terrible hotel We were accommodated in a different room than the one booked - smaller and with single beds, not king size. We asked for a change of room and were put in the same one, with beds pushed together and a terrible view of a crumbling building. The wifi password was not working. The hotel is old and dirty. The receptionist was not welcoming. I advise you to find another hotel in Zagreb. I have never visited such a bad hotel from the Best Western chain.
