Excellent location right in the centre of Zagreb, very close to shops, restaurants and sights. Breakfast was good. The rooms are a little outdated but quite well kept. We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly. They arranged a good transfer from the airport.

We absolutelly recommend this city oasis. It is a calm place on a busy street. Within a walking distance to main sights. It is very clean. Nice breakfast with great coffee. There is AC in the room. Parking is safe and a short walk from the hotel.

Our one night stay in Zagreb was great. This hotel has a great location in the center of the pedestrian area and close to businesses, restaurants and Christmas markets. The suite’s extra room was a bit uncomfortable because of the steep angle of the room with 1 twin bed at each end of the room. Perhaps a full or queen size bed in the center would have been more comfortable and inviting.
The bedroom was quite comfortable and so was the bathroom. The staff gave us a fabulous recommendation for a lical restaurant nearby which we enjoyed very much. The entrance to the hotel was festively decorated and lit for Advent and Christmas which put us all in a celebrating mood. See picture.

E' un albergo molto attento ai clienti. Le camere sono arredate con gusto, il letto è comodo, la biancheria pulita e il bagno è immacolato. La colazione è ottima e abbondante, sia salata che dolce. il personale è gentile e super disponibile. L'albergo dispone di garage a pochi passi. Un'esperienza da ripetere e da consigliare.

Old but clean and nicely maintain the facilities and friendly staff so feel cozy. The best thing is the location of the hotel. I don't need to take a tram for 3 days trip and visit all the travel spots in the town.
Only the thing for not-good is a bed mattress is too soft for me.
