Nice hotel close the Zagreb Bus Station and tram station.Rooms arent big.

- Close to the central bus station and 2 supermarkets. Perfect for travelers who need to catch an early bus
- I got upgraded to a lager room and the room is spacious and comfortable
- Plenty of choice for breakfast. Pizza in the restaurant is also great.
- Overall very clean and staffs are welcoming

原本櫃檯給我們安排一間房型與原訂房時圖文不符的房間我一開始沒有發現，一進去房間就聞到有點油垢味道的房間而且冷氣是獨立型LG的冷氣，因為冷氣機無法使用經房務人員一再確認機器故障後，請櫃檯人員協助更換房間櫃檯人員進房再一次確認冷氣機是真的無法使用後，拿出新的鑰匙並告知幫我們免費升等到房型的邀功，我自己再到當初訂購的單據確認發現更換的新房間是我原本訂的房型並不是他幫我們升等，我認為飯店櫃檯的人員很不老實感覺極差。

バスターミナルから近く、立地良い。部屋は綺麗でまた利用したくなるほどだった。ドライヤーは部屋になく、フロントに伝えてすぐに貸してもらえた。接客も気になる点はない。総合的にみてまた利用したいと思います。

非常近巴士站，房間整潔乾淨，我訂的是單人房，入到房內發現有兩張單人床，可能酒店把我的房間升級了吧，所以比較寬敞。
