- Close to the central bus station and 2 supermarkets. Perfect for travelers who need to catch an early bus
- I got upgraded to a lager room and the room is spacious and comfortable
- Plenty of choice for breakfast. Pizza in the restaurant is also great.
- Overall very clean and staffs are welcoming

Originally, the reception desk assigned us a room with a room type that was different from the one shown in the original reservation. I didn't notice it at first. As soon as I entered the room, I smelled a bit of grease. The air conditioner was an independent LG air conditioner because the air conditioner could not be used in the room. After the service staff repeatedly confirmed that the machine was faulty, we asked the front desk staff to assist in changing the room. After the front desk staff entered the room and confirmed once again that the air conditioner was really unusable, they took out a new key and told us that they would give us credit for upgrading to the room type for free. I then went there by myself. When the original order receipt was confirmed, it was found that the new room was the room type I originally booked and he did not upgrade us. I thought the hotel counter staff was very dishonest and felt very bad.

Good location, close to the bus terminal. The room was so clean that I would want to use it again. There was no hair dryer in the room, but I informed the front desk and they immediately lent it to me. I have no concerns about customer service. Overall, I would like to use it again.

Very close to the bus station. The room is clean and tidy. I booked a single room. When I entered the room, I found that there were two single beds. Maybe the hotel upgraded my room, so it was more spacious.
