I think this is a homestay, not a star hotel. It is located in the center of Croatia Pedestrian Street. Taxis have to get off 200 meters away from the hotel. It is not suitable for people with large luggage. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of the apar**ent. There is no obvious sign and it is not easy to find. When I arrived at 10:30 pm, no one was there to receive me. I contacted the hotel by phone to find the reserved key and door code to arrive at the hotel. The room is clean, tidy and stylish. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 o'clock. This hotel is suitable for tourists who are not in a hurry, not for business travel. The customer shuttle bus cannot come in, which is inconvenient

Great location right in the centre. Fabulous view of the main square. Very friendly and helpful team. Large room and an excellent shower. Slight glitch with the lift, so if you have to have lift use and access at all times this B&B is not for you.

Excellent hotel, comfortable room, super clean, safe, mini bar, nice bathroom, wonderful staff, and excellent breakfast. In the center of Zagreb, close to everything. The only thing to comment on is that it was difficult for us to find the entrance to the Hotel.

I loved the decoration of the rooms and in general everything was very nice. The breakfast was very rich and the service from the owner was excellent. The place has a perfect location, in the pedestrian area and close to a very nice restaurant area.

I was pleasantly surprised! Amazing location in downtown Zagreb! Super clean, very good breakfast, 1st class hospitality, with the best balcony in Zagreb ! Excellent value ! Stayed in room 2 , corner room ! Stunning view !

After reading the reviews from other people we were so very disappointed with this accommodation although it was in a convenient location in the heart of the city. We arrived in Zagreb late at night and had difficulty finding the entrance. once found The lift wasn’t working, which we found out later was due to the door not being closed on one level, so had to haul our suitcases up three flights of stairs. Our room was a courtyard view with balcony. Attached photos are of our balcony and view. Sorry but find it difficult to recommend this accommodation for more than one night,
