We arrived in the room and were immediately met with a very strong smell of cigarettes. As non-smokers, it was unbearable for us and we had to leave and book a room elsewhere. The room was falsely advertised as non-smoking, so be aware!
Additionally, the cooking hob and the dishwasher were both broken.
After advising the owner of the smell and leaving the room how we found it, we were outright refused a refund by them.
Very disappointed.

Great location. The apartment was central which meant we could easily get back to escape the extreme heat when needed. Air con worked and was a much needed relief for our 5 year old. Wi-fi also worked which made him happy too. We were able to get fresh towels and linen when we needed to as well.

Apartments are centrally located right in the heart of the City. Our group agreed hat we could live months comfortably in the two apartments we rented. Restaurants & cafe's everywhere!
One note is to contact Tesla prior to arrival to coordinate check-in.

Prachtige appartementen enkele jaren volledig gerenoveerd. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van airco. Sind dit jaar hebben ze ook een zwembad!! Het ontvangst was hartelijk en gastvrij. Absoluut een aanrader voor wie de Plitvice meren wil bezoeken

The location of the flat is great. Waking distance to main shops and attractions. wifi connection was really bad I could not work or watch tv, or a movie…. the place is noisy since the flat face the restaurants… I could not sleep. … is located in the second floor not ideal to carry suitcases if you just had an operation like me not good since they don’t have a lift. The hosted was nice and polite.

I would rate this apartment 3.5. As mentioned, it is in a great location near the city center and not far from the train station. Check in was easy and prompt, and the host was very nice. The bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning and a fridge. Beyond that, it really depends what you are accustomed to during an overnight stay. The bathroom was very narrow and cannot fit more than one person at a time. The towels and linens were fine, but lacked hotel quality. The WiFi was also very unreliable. If I had stayed in Zagreb longer than 2 nights, I would want to stay somewhere nicer.
